Back in the dark ages when I was studying graphic design in school, no one outside of the “industry” knew squat about typography. Then the Mac appeared on the horizon and all of the sudden complete novices were throwing around terms like “font” and “point size.” Now pretty much everyone knows a little bit about typography, but there is still some jargon that hasn’t quite made it to prime time. So for those of you who still speak fluent typography and for those who want to know a bit more, I am sharing “11 Vocabulary Words for Typography Nerds.” Feel free to impress one and all with your newly found vocabulary. Or not.
